Product Description
The CO2 Dynamic Laser Marking Machine is used of laser beam
hollowing out process on varieties of surface of greeting
card.
The principle of hollowing out performance is via laser beam
Evaporating and gasifying the surface of material, or laser can
cause chemical and physical changes on surface material to achieve
hollowing performance.
1. High marking speed: maximum 7000mm/s marking speed with
high-speed galvanometer scanning. Suitable for industrial mass
production.
2. Large marking area: Max marking area 800*600mm ,can realize
marking, punching, cutting, carving process.
3. Good stability of the equipment: Adopted the full closed optical
path, imported of CO2 R.F laser source, strict multiple protection
control design, ensure the stability of the entire equipment.
4. Easy-operated of the equipment: the special control software is
compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop and other software,
can realize the automatic arrangement and modify of text symbols,
graphics, bar codes, two-dimensional
code, sequence number is automatically incremented and decreasing,
support PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, JPG and other file
formats, and TTF font can be used directly.
Application: wood processing, leather processing, shoes & insole
processing, jeans processing, invitation & greeting card
processing, marble processing, LGP dotting processing for LED panel
light and TV, LCD;
Machines structure
CO2 Dynamic Laser Marking Machine adopts imported laser tube and
high speed galvo scanner, self-developed linear 3D Dynamic Focusing
System, device control system, self-developed Control software and
the high precision thermostatic water cooling system. The host
machine is as follow:
Machine’s Control section is focused on the Electrical main control
section. The whole machine’s optical components are focused on the
optical main beam and inside the square head through the complete
optical design. The integrated water chiller provides a circulation
water cooling system for the machine during working. CO2 Dynamic
