PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Ductile Iron Wafer Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
Pneumatic butterfly valve is combined with pneumatic actuators and
central line of butterfly valves.
The valve stem drive the valve corn rolling 90 in the body which
can realize the full open or full close action.
This product can according to the sealing performance into metal
seal and soft seal with compact structure,
small volume,reliable operation,good sealing,easy
maintenance,installation convenient and the adoptability is strong
advantages.
Valves can be widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,light
industry,papermaking industrial,pharmaceutical on a remote
concentrated or local control.

Pneumatic Actuator Working Principle
Double acting (POADA):
(Counterclockwise)
Compressed air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the
output shaft to turn
counterclockwise, while the air is being exhausted from Port 4.
(Clockwise) Air to Port 4 forces the pistons inwards, causing the
pinion to turn clockwise
while the air is being exhausted from Port 2.
Single acting (POASR):
(Counterclockwise)
Compressed air to Port 2 forces the pistons outwards, causing the
springs to compress,
the pinion counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from Port
4.
(Clockwise)
Loss of air pressure, the stored energy in the springs forces the
pistons inwards,
the pinion turns clockwise, while air is being exhausted from Port 4.
