Function of the whole machine:
1.The machine adopt computer control ,automatic adjustment ,can
store with 999 oders of carton,quickly change the carton
size,simple and save time for adjustment.
2.Lead edge feeding unit adopt servo motor drive,adjustable air
volume,never damage the strength of the cardboard.
3.The cardboard in all printing unit adopt vacuum transmission,high
precision and stable;Enclosed double doctor blade combined with
ceramic anilox roller,can distribute the ink evenly.
4.Feeding unit and die cutting are independently drive by “Rexroth”
servo motor with is made in Germany,it has the high precision since
there is no accumulated error of gears’gap.
5.The adjusting system is precise so that we can ger a good effect
when adjusting the pressure of inking and printing.
6.The driving gears adopt 20CrMn Ti high quality alloy steel which
is heat treated and polished.
7.All the connection between gear and roller adopt expanding
sleeve,long life and no gaps after long time use.
8.All the electric part,bearing and pneumatic parts adopt national
stand.
