DSH Series Double-screw Conical Mixer
Descripyion:
The material is made to conduct a compound motion in the cone
because of therotation and revolution of the screws. The effected
motions include:
1. The revolution of the screw along the wall making the material
conduct acircumferential motion;
2. The rotation of the screw making the material rise along the
screw from thecone bottom;
3. The compound motion of the ratation and revolution of the screws
makingpartial, material be absorbed into the screw cylindroid
meanwhile, under theaction of centrifugal force, the partial
material in the screw cylindroid dischargesradially.
4. The rised material drops under its sole weight. The four kinds
of Motions effectconvection, shearing, diffusion in the cone , thus
quick and even mixing can beAchieved.
Application:
It is suitable for chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry
pesticide, dyestuff ,petroleum industry, metallurgical industry,
construction material and etc . Suchas in the mixing, reaction,
drying, cooling of powder and powder(solid-solid),powder and liquid
(solid-liquid), liquid and liquid ( liquid-liquid).

DSH series double helix cone mixer rotation has a set of motor and
cycloidalreducer, USES two screw asymmetrical stirring, make the
large range of materialmixing, mixing speed, for specific grvity
and mix proportion of mixture is moresuitable for large material.
The machine material contact parts are made ofstainless steel.
