Capping Machine
The combiblock system which combines bottle blowing machine,
filling machine and capping machine together in one rotary type,
mainly for the drinking water, CSD and beverage filling line. The
advantage of this combiblock system is highly intelligentized, with
stable performance, high efficiency and low production cost, and
achieves the national food sanitation standards. It is the
preferred choice for the large and middle scale beverage production
line.
Machine Frame
The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon
steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine
frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (SUS304).
Servo driving system of the combiblock system is positioned under
the machine table.
The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel
gears and nylon gears.
The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection
to secure machine safety.
Main advantage
By combining functions of blowing, filling, and capping into one
machine, it has the advantages of simpler operation, lighter
packaging material, lower energy consumption, more reliable
quality, higher efficiency, smaller floor space, fewer operation,
and less operation cost. The machine is equipped with safety door
and alarm device, ensuring the safety of workers to the largest
extend.
Working process
► Blowing system
1. Adopt high techology of on-line ionic gas duster to clean the
preform.
2. High-speed blow valve group with high-speed network control
ensures blowing technic precision and unification.
3. Three-dimensional dynamic simulating design ensures exact and
reliable cam transmission and mesh.
4. High-pressure blow valve group optimum design helps save air a
lot.
5. Quick-change for mould.
6. Wearable aluminum alloy mould surface with special treatment of
hardness.
7. Key points automatic lubrication.
► Filling system
1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth
rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material
rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and
then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which
means the whole filling process is finished.
2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

5). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to
reduce noise.
► Capping system
1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition
starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to
keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep
revolution and go rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of
gripping cap, sleeving cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to
finish the complete capping process. The finished bottles are
deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and
then are sent out from blowing filling capping combiblock system.
2). Capping head adopts magnetic constant torque, defective rate≤
0.2%
