Overview
This automatic juice tea hot liquid filling machine has
washing,filling,capping three functions in one body, it is
automatic in total process and suitable for PET bottled juice and
tea drink which can resistant high temperature. It also can be used
for mineral water, pure water and many other no gas containing
drinks. It makes by high quality SUS304, key parts are precision
machined by NC tool. The total machine uses advanced photoelectric
detection technology to detect each part's operation status, no
bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy
operation.
Description
1. Air Conveyor connects with bottle-in star-wheels. Bottle neck
holding transferred.
2. Clamp transferring technology varied bottle types.
3. With little abrasion. Stable Transferring. Easy to change
bottles.
4. With ring type pressure bearing hydraulic cylinder.
5. With high filling speed and exact liquid level.
6. Excellent Stainless Steel. Electric Components are of world
known brand. All achieve national sanitary standard
7. The bottle-out star-wheel is of screw-down shape. No need to
adjust transferring chain's height to different bottles.
8. Easy to operate and maintain.
9. PLC and transducers and the main electric parts are of world
famous brands, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI etc.
