This model special for water bottling, combined with bottle
rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the
requirement of beverage technics, on the bases of introducing,
digesting and absorbing advance d technology abroad. It is

Main feature
1). The rotary wheel is a fully SUS304/316 stainless steel welded structure.
2). Use SIEMENS PLC control system from Japan, and with Taiwan Veinview touch
screen, much easier to adjust the speed and turn/off. The whole
machine technology from Germany and Italy.
3).The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an
innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck
position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by
rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304
stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
4).Transfer Starwheel , made of stainless steel of superior quality.
Machine description

2). Suspension bottle neck catcher structure allows the machine
change the bottle type easily. By changing the valves, it also can
be used as hot filling machine
3). Spring type rinsing catcher can wash both inside and outside of
the bottle
4). High accuracy pressure water filling mechanism, ensure the
height and quatity of the water filling
5). Magnetic powered cap device ensures tightness and prevents
damage of the caps
6). Quiet, rotary cap unscrambler will not damage caps.
Photoelectric sensor detect missing caps thus eliminating uncapped
bottle spillage
