The compact horizontal tube furnace HY-ZG3012E uses resistance wire as electric heating source and microwave absoring material SiC embedded within the insulation as microwave heating source.

The alumina ceramic fiber insulation ensures low energy consumption and high heating rates due to their low thermal conductivity.

HY-ZG3012E uses a separate work tube to protecting the heating samples from damage or contamination.
