Construction. Steel truss is one kind of structure consisting of rods connected
by hinges at each end. Compared with H-Section steel beam as roof,
when the span is large, it can save materials, reduce the dead
weight and increase the stiffness compared with the solid-web beam,
because when the span is large, solid-web beam need to enlarge the
section and thickness to match the strength. Every steel roof truss
is a custom design based upon the unique load, span, bearing, use,
and code criteria of a particular project.
The roof for this project includes both solid-web beam and steel
truss. We fabricated the steel beam, column, truss, purlin in our
steel structure fabrication factory and then install this project.

The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is
35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy
H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin
production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet
machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.
Packing And Loading:
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories
will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean
transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
