Application:
SHR series PVC high-speed mixer, mainly used for: mixing and
coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin, coloring and drying of
polyethylene and polypropylene particles, drying of hygroscopic
resin such as ABS polycarbonate, mixing of phenolic resin, etc.
Process. Mixers are one of the necessary equipment for plastics
processing plants and are used in a wide range of applications in
the rubber, pharmaceutical, and dyestuff industries. Because it has
a fast mixing and a uniform mixture, the resin has good absorption
to the reinforcing agent. The PVC high-speed mixer is easy to
operate, easy to clean, durable, and compact. In recent years, it

Features:
The concave and convex double-channel sealing method is adopted
between the container cover and the container, and the sealing
effect is better than the conventional single-channel flat sealing.
The main shaft seal is made of three-layer skeleton oil seal made
of imported durable rubber, and has oil filling device, which has
good sealing effect and long service life. The discharge valve is
plugged with a plunger type. The inner surface of the door block is
closely matched with the inner wall of the container, and there is
no dead zone of the mixture, so that the materials are evenly
mixed. The door plug is sealed by end face and the seal is
reliable. The temperature measurement point is set in the
container, and it is in direct contact with the material, and the
temperature measurement is accurate. The cold machine blades use
large angled blades to force the material to rise along the inner
wall of the container and return to the cooling jacket for cooling
purposes. The wall of the vessel is provided with a cooling
interlayer, and the cooling interlayer is provided with a spiral
water passage to allow the cooling water to flow according to a set
route. Cool evenly, fast cooling and good cooling effect. The
container has an inverted truncated cone-shaped inner cooling
jacket, which increases the cooling area and speeds up the cooling.
The cold machine introduces the foreign deceleration technology and
adopts the direct deceleration device, which overcomes all the
disadvantages of using the reducer and makes the operation more
stable. An exhaust device is arranged on the cover of the cold
machine to fully eliminate the gas generated by the hot mix during
the cooling process, thereby improving the quality of the product.
The inner wall of the container of the unit is made of 6mm thick
stainless steel plate, which increases the service life of the
machine. The main shaft is made of 40CrZ and the hardness is
HrC28-32. The electrical control system is temperature and time
dual control, and other components are made of well-known
enterprise products to make their performance reliable and more
sensitive, ensuring the performance of the whole machine. According
to the characteristics of the material, the stainless steel blade
has two kinds of disc blades and three blades. The agitating paddle
is driven by a motor through a triangular tape. It rotates
clockwise to make the material move along the wall of the pot on
the one hand, and simultaneously circulates up and down, processing
the baffle to make the mixing effect better. Since the material is
moving at a high speed, the friction between the material and the
blade is very high, which causes the temperature of the material to
rise rapidly, which not only reduces the heating amount of the
wall, but also favors the resin to the plasticizer. Absorption, the
mixing slurry is made of stainless steel, carefully machined,
wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant.
