The type of metal chosen to fabricate the part determines whether
the manufacturers will use the hot chamber or cold chamber method
to inject the metal into the die.
Round shape core pin is die-casting parts,which is mostly used for
threaded bottom holes and pin bottom holes.For the core pins, we
use Japan imported materials and Japan imported heat treatment
equipment.There are various customized sizes of the core pins. The
width of shoulder, the diameter of the head, the size of
positioning surface and the number of positioning surfaces all can
be customized. Depending on the size of core pin,a single central
cooling hole or stepped cooling hole can be customized.
