Use instruction:

2. Insulation instructions: put the hot and cold storage boxes
(bags) flat on microwave oven heat for 2 minutes at 60-70℃ in the
flat into the mobile refrigerator. Put it at the bottom or lateral
of the food and beverage, etc. cover tightly covered.
Warning:
1. When you first use or for a long time did not use it,please wash
it firstly.
2. Do not use abrasives,solvent and bleach to wash it.
3. Away from high temperature object ,microwave,or other heat
source.
4. After use it,please wash with warm water or neutral detergent washing food
residue.
5. Please do not take the entire product is immersed in the water.
