    RO Systems are our hot products. The capacity ranges from 250LPH to 500TPH.

    Brackish water, according to the organic content can be devided into surface water and ground water . surface water we can reverse osmosis system mating with relative sterilization system , ground water we can direct use reverse osmosis system , if Iron and Manganese overpass the inlet condition of RO ,we need add Manganese sand filter for pretreatment system , here also include the specific inlet conditon of RO system for reference.

    A. Pretreatment system:

    (2) Sand filter Φ250 × 1450 with 100KG sand / FRP tank
    (3) Carbon filter Φ250 × 1450 with 25KG carbon / FRP tank
    (4) Chemical dosing pump and tank
    (5) Cartridge filter 20″×5μm 2core

    B. RO system parts:

    (1) High pressure pump: China Nanfang CNP brand
    (2) Ro membrane: USA Dow brand
    (3) RO membrane housing FRP

    Product Processing

    Raw water→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→chemical dosing system→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→water supply point


    Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.
    Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances.
    Security filter: fill cation resion inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
    Chemical dosing system: add antiscalant(buyer supply) , absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, System can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling.
    RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
    UV sterilizer / Ozone generator: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking.

    Application

    1. Cosmetic industry, removal of the ions in the water, organic creature.
    2. Food and beverage industrial water, drinking pure water, soft drink, beer, liquor, health care products, such as water purification and preparation of water
