Description:
The ultrasonic transducer is the core component of many ultrasonic
equipment such as ultrasonic tea bag machine, ultrasonic shearing

machine. Its main function is to generate ultrasonic waves and
convert them into mechanical vibration energy.
Ultrasonic transducers convert electrical energy, mechanical energy
or acoustic energy from one form of energy to another form of
energy device, also known as an ultrasonic transducer, also known
as an active sensor. One of the most mature and reliable is the
device that converts electrical energy and acoustic energy by
piezoelectric effect, also known as piezoelectric transducer. The
transducer is composed of a central piezoelectric ceramic

Principle:
The principle of ultrasonic welding machine is to generate 20KHz
(or 15KHz) high-voltage and high-frequency signals from the
generator. Through the energy conversion system, the signal is
converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which is
applied to the workpiece of plastic products and passes through the
surface of the workpiece and the intrinsic molecules. Friction
increases the temperature of the interface to the interface. When
the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself,
the workpiece interface is rapidly melted and then filled in the
gap between the interfaces; when the vibration stops, the workpiece
is simultaneously cooled and shaped under a certain pressure. A
perfect weld is achieved.
