Dual-frequency and dual-amplitude: adjustable frequency and dual amplitude ensure that the whole machine is adapted to different soil compaction, and can adjust the frequency after long-term wear and tear of hydraulic components.
Damping and amplitude-changing mechanism: high-quality damper fluid is used in the vibration wheel amplitude-changing mechanism; damper design is adopted in hydraulic system and electrical system, which automatically reduces the impact on the whole system and components in the process of starting and amplitude-changing, and makes the operation more arbitrary.
Crab traveling mechanism: It can make the front and rear frame staggered 170mm in the process of form, ensuring better bend compaction and blank holder function.
Structure: Wheel width is larger than fuselage width, which makes it easy to observe and control in work.
Medium Start Function: It ensures that the whole system can start up only when it is in a safe state, and avoids misoperation.
Unpowered braking system: When the whole machine loses power unexpectedly (such as engine flameout, high-pressure oil burst, etc.), it auomatically realizes emergency braking without any power.
Manipulation: The whole machine adopts electro-hydraulic control for walking and vibration, electro-hydraulic variable frequency and amplitude two-gear electro-hydraulic stepless speed change, double seats and double control, comfortable and convenient.
