Z series Rock Loaders are designed as light,compact,flexible,easy operated and stable working equipment for underground mining,suitable for normal rocks,stones,grits,iron mine,gold mine,granite mine,and other metal or nonmetal mines.Maximum size of the loadable rocks can be 500mm diameter.And they gain highest efficiency by loading 100-400mm diameter rocks.They are suitable for level tunnels(8 degree maximum)for various underground mines.They are designed as' electric or compressed air driven,single bucketed and automatic walking machines by loading at front and unloading at back.Of which,Z-20 series electric rock loaders won the First Product Title of Shandong Province and National Mechanical Industry in recent years.Z-30W Rock Loader is the national patent product.
Introduction
Z-20W electric bucket loader can be applicable to prospecting or excavation roadway with section (2.0m×2.2m) and horizontal or inclination angel less than 80°. The loaded materials include hard granite, iron ore and nonferrous metal ore, as well as general rocks, sands and salt particles. The maximum size of ores can be 500mm; however, the highest loading efficiency can be guaranteed if ore diameter is below 200mm.
