Characteristic of double-axis shredder
a. The main body of the shredder: The main body of the equipment
adopts Q-plate welding stress relief treatment/whole machining to
ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy load.
b. Moving Tool/Fixed Tool: Moving Tool material is forged by alloy
tool steel, precision machining, multiple heat treatment and low
temperature freezing heat treatment technology. The overall
toughness and hardness can be reused to ensure cutting performance
and service life. Fixed cutter is installed by hook type, and tool
replacement function is optimized, so that tool maintenance and
replacement efficiency is higher.
