128x64 dot-matrix Chinese character graphic LCD module, can display English, Chinese characters and graphics, built-in 8,192 Chinese Chinese characters (16X16 dot matrix), 128 characters (8X16 dot matrix) and 64x256 dot matrix display RAM (Gdram). Can be directly interface with the CPU, providing two interfaces to connect microprocessors: 8-bit parallel and serial two connection methods. Has a variety of functions: cursor display, screen shift, sleep mode and so on.
