1. First connected to the inlet air pipe, wait for the machine ventilation, then insert the plug;
2. turn on the power switch, to set the required temperature, press the "SET"confirm button first on the temperature table, then press the "Button"add-substract key adjust to the required temperature.
3. PV is mold head temperature, SV is set temperature, R/S key is set temperature selected button.
For your reference: Cantonese-style egg tarts is 25-35, Portuguese egg tarts is 40-55, the specific temperature is generally set according to the egg tarts skin soft hardness.
