1. HG-1J type aluminum alloy plate freezer is a kind of low temperature and fast freezing equipment, which is developed by us according to the needs of the market and customers.

1. This machine is economically and reasonably equipped with 6g-30.2 semi-closed compressors, with double-sided strengthening and high efficiency heat transfer tube condenser. It can be used as a single or double machine work according to the actual requirement to realize the economy production process. The refrigerant adopts R404A,R507 with low evaporation temperature and the advantages of low noise, small volume, high efficiency, long life, easy operation and maintenance, etc.

1. As the evaporator in the refrigeration system, the plate freezer is composed of a closed refrigeration system with compressor condenser, throttle valve and heat exchanger. The refrigerant enters the plate from the liquid inlet tube, which causes low temperature on and around the plate surface, absorbs the heat of the frozen matter between the plates and evaporates, thus achieving the purpose of freezing. It is suitable for fishery, aquatic products, commerce, food and other frozen processing industries, and processing all kinds of fish, shrimp, shellfish and other aquatic products and meat small packaged food. It is ideal equipment for processing fish chips, surimi small package.

1. Aluminum alloy plate directly contacts with frozen food, and has a certain compacting force. It has the advantages of fast freezing speed, high efficiency, low power consumption, good sanitary conditions, small floor space, and can be operated at room temperature. The machine can be installed and produced in a common workshop to greatly minimizes the dry consumption of food and ensures the freshness of food.
