The Roots vacuum pump is a rotary positive displacement vacuum pump
without internal compression, also known as a mechanical booster
pump. It is an ideal vacuum obtaining device for quickly removing
gas from a closed container. When used in the field of vacuum
engineering, it is generally connected with a liquid (water) ring
vacuum pump, a gas-cooled Roots vacuum pump, an oil rotary vacuum
pump, a dry vacuum pump, etc. to form a vacuum unit system. Widely
used in electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, food,
textile, environmental protection and other industrial fields.
