This machine is a full automatic inline router system, with loader
and unloader for ATE test line, high speed spindle, low stress
force to cut the PCBA and ensure precision and clearliness.

1, Use Germany Sycotec Spinde, Max 1000000 RPM and automatic
tooling switching function.
2,The ESD brush at the bottom of the PCBA, has a perfect dust
absorbing effect.
3, Excellent CCD system with Imaging camera, Moritex lens and
measurement -level light source, to support machine
calibration,compensation and positioning, with great stability and
anti-distrubance capacity.
4, Perfect Jig-less routing solution,support 20*20~350*350mm PCB
size, and pick-up device can realize fast remove and install, high
reliability and low cost.
5, Standard tooling repertory with three kinds of 3.175tools,each
with 10pcs inside. With precision clamping system and lifting
system,X1,Y1 and Z1 to switch the tools
6, Unload solution1: PCBA after cutting,will be placed to the ESD
belt, then enter the test or assembley line.Unload solution 2: With
batch unloading unit,the clamp will palce the tray box.
7, The milling cutter is driven by high speed spindle with the
advantages of a reduced cutting force,high accuraty, low noise, and
suitable for all shape pcba, like round,straight line, L or U
type,squres and arc shapes.

ESD belt inline unloading
Unloading solution 1: PCBA after separating, will be placed onto
ESD belt, then enter the test/assembly line.
Unloading solution 2: With batch unloading unit ARM710-1, the clamp
will place to the tray box of ARM710.
