Introduction:

BOM Felt is consists of base layer fabric and fiber layer. Base layer is woven from synthetic filament or multi-filament.The structure is designed based on different paper machines, different press positions and different paper kinds GSM.

Papermaking felts play vital role in the papermaking process. They are used for dewatering purpose from wet paper conveyed from the forming section in paper machine, smoothing the surface, and transferring the paper without blemishes. The felts are generally made of batt layer and fiber layer used for different PM. Each felt is customized for PM based on below data.

1. The blanket adopts the imported high-temperature-resistant aramid fabric, and the medium substrate can be divided into two kinds, namely polyester dry net and Kevlar substrate.

2. The temperature can reach 250℃. At the end of usage, the convergence shrinkage is 2% and the extending rate is 3%.

3. It is the transferring printing blanket special for all kinds of textile fabrics, curtain cloth and decoration cloth.

4. The specifications of blankets can be customized.
