2. Mould machining precision: 0.01mm;
3. We can manufacture components that have tolerances of +/-.0005 or better.
4. Product positioning: high precision molds and custom injection molding for healthcare and high-grade appearance parts.
5. Lead Time: Normally mould can be finished in 5-7 weeks after the order confirm, depending its complexity.
8. For precision machining and tooling we are equipped with a series of advanced machines, including CNC machines, EDMs and Wire Cut Machines, Mirror EDM, Double Ended EDM, as well as grinding, milling and drilling machines.
