Introduction of Precision Mold Parts
1. Name: Custom Made Precision Machining Mold Parts
2. Equipment List: Horizontal injection machine, Double injection
machine, Vertical injection machine, stamping machine.
3. Injection Molding Machines: We have 43 machines, buyed from
Japan Fanuc, Taiwan YiZhan and China HongRui.
4. Processing methods/ technologies: For the automobile mold parts,
it is processed by precision grinders and electrical discharge
machines.
5. Processing equipments: Milling , Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM,
etc.
6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.
7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is
polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our
factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing,
etc.
8. Design software: UG, PRO/E ,CATIA, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PDF, etc.
