FireLess early warning and control device for power battery
The FireLess early warning and control device for electric vehicles
is a special fire protection product for new energy vchicles which
is developed to solve the fire caused by the thermal runaway of
power battery of new energy vehicle.
The device is an integrated design with multiple functions
including active detection, data analysis, control and management,
which includes high sensitivity temperature sensor, gas sensor,
smoke sensor, flame sensor. It was installed in the battery pack of
the power battery and connected with the automatic fire
extinguishing device and the BMS management system, detecting the
gas, heat, smoke and open fire produced in the early stage of the
fire which are caused by excessive charging and discharging,
external and short circuit and so on in the battery box. Through
the intelligent system analysis of the thermal runway phase of
battery, the device will make a automatic intervention control. The
