Introduction of Counterflow Pellet Cooler:
Counterflow pellet cooler is the most advanced pellet feed cooling
technology in the world. It is mainly used for cooling high
temperature pellet feed after granulation. The machine has a unique
cooling mechanism, Reverse Movement of Cooling Air and High
Temperature and Humidity Material. The material is gradually cooled
from top to bottom,It avoids the shortcomings of material surface
cracking caused by sudden cooling in general vertical cooler, and
the difficulty of moisture and heat dissipation in the core. The
cooling effect is superior to the existing domestic similar
products. After cooling, the material's temperature is not higher
5℃ than the outside temperature, and the precipitation rate is not
less than 3.8%. It plays a good role in producing high quality
pellet feed, prolonging the storage time of pellet feed and
improving economic benefits.

pellet is ≤13%(moisture of raw grain is around 13%).
