Applications of Bucket Conveyor Machine:
Bucket pellet conveyors are widely used in feed, grain and oil,
metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and other industries.
It is used to lift feed pellet, grain, lump coal, gravel, ore, egg
stone, dry and bulk and flow, granules and bulk materials. The
material density is not more than 2t / m3, and the site temperature
does not exceed 200 °C.
Working Principle of Bucket Conveyor Machine:
Bucket conveyor machine is composed of machine head, main
frame,Maintenance cylinder,Ventilators, dustpan, dustpanbelt and
machine base.
The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and
discharged from the top.
1. Firstly, the materials are evenly fed into the dustpan on the
machine base;
2. Secondly, the materials are elevated into the machine head;
3. Thirdly, the raw materials are dumped into the targeted machine.
