This series Horizontal feed mixer machine is designed to mix powder type materials like animal feed, fertilizer,chemical,metallurgy,etc. The product has been widely used in making animal feed, organic fertilizer,chemical and the distribution systems in other industries .

Feature of Single Shaft Belt Type Horizontal Feed Mixer:

High mix uniformity, round cross section , mixing without dead corner.

Corrosion resistant design, made of stainless steel, can be used for producing premix. Semi-fixed rotor, easy to maintain or change.

Discharging door can be opened at bottom to reduce residues.

Opening angle ≥ 90°, self-locking door, discharge doors can’t open when cylinder losses pressure.
