Design
Fully automatic 5-6t/h chicken pig cattle animal feed production
plant including the following systems:
1. Cleaning and Crushing system: As we all know that all the raw materials we get always mixed with
some kinds of impurities, and they will affect the quality of the
final pellets and bring damage to the machines. So we have to
remove them before sending to the hammer mill. The cleaning
machines inclduing the pre-cleaner and the permanent magnetic
sleeve.
2. Batching and Mixing system: To make high quality animal feed pellets, all the factories have
their own formula. Each animal feed making formula includes several
different materials. This systems realizes the volume of all the
materials flow into the mixer exactly according to the formula.

3. Pelleting, Cooling and Crumbling system: in this system, the
boiler system is needed. Hot seam is required for the pellet
machine. The function of the hot steam is to kill the becterias and
to soft the materials, which increases the quality of the final
pellets and the capacity of the whole production line.
Cooling machine is needed to cool down the pellets to the room
temperature, and to reduce the moisture, to make the pellets
suitable for long time storage;
Crumbling machine is to break the pellets to small sizes, specially
used in the chicken feed pellet production line, to make pellets
for small baby chickens;
4. Pellet sieving and Packing system: Rotary screener and the automatic packing machines are the main
parts of this system in this Animal Feed Production Plant.
