Application

This machine is used to simulate the ability of a bicycle to withstand the impact of a ground obstacle when it encounters an obstacle when riding. The electric bicycle assembly is subjected to an impact test in accordance with the method specified in GB 3565-2005 clause 27.1 with an impact force of 80 J (for example, a vertical weight drop of 22.5 kg from a height of 360 mm). If the frame is equipped with a shock absorbing fork, the assembly shall be tested for the free length of the front fork in an unloaded condition. If the damping spring can be locked, it should be locked to the unloaded length. If the frame equipped with a rear damper, the damper is fastened to the equivalent of a rider of 75 kg on the test vehicle. If the damper device does not allow locking, a solid connection of the same size can be used instead of the damper front fork or rear damper, and the connection at both ends is the same as that of the damper front or rear damper.
