Modular Gabion Systems offer significant advantages over

bulge. Our spiral binders allow even pre-assembled wire wall units
to be shipped flat, This saves space and reduces associated freight
costs.
Welded wire mesh gabions offer the same flexibility as twisted mesh
gabions with greater strength. Moreover, the superior coating
technology used for Modular Gabion Systems offers greater corrosion
resistance than can be achieved with twisted woven mesh.

How to install welded gabion box:
After checking you have all the components, open out the mesh
panels.
Lift the side panels into vertical position and join by feeding the
correct length of helical formed spiral into the corner, using a
rotating action, until the helical is fully engaged.
When the helical is fully engaged, the formed end should lock in
place.
All panel joints (vertical joints) are formed by assembling to the
adjacent panel. Each joint is retained with one helical.
Repeat the filling and stiffener wire installation until the gabion
is full and then close the lid by joining with the correct helical
while ensuring the top mesh bears down on the rock fill.
