Diaphragm made of NBR
Pulse valve diaphragm has strong oil resistance, acid resistance,
high temperature resistance, alkali resistance and other
characteristics, can easily ensure the complete synchronization
with other control components, control the pulse compressed air
injection. Even in extremely harsh working conditions, it can
ensure its normal work and long service life. Diaphragm under the
environment temperature is 20-80 ℃, under working pressure
difference of 0.6 MPa, the working life is not low and 1 million
times.
The operating temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm
itself depends on the rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm
can work at -50~100 c and 0.4~ 0.8mpa. Fluorine rubber and silicone
rubber diaphragm can work at -80~232 c. Chlorohydrin rubber
diaphragm can work under pressure of 0.4~ 0.8mpa with good air
tightness and aging resistance.
