DMF-Z-40S Solenoid Pulse Valve is an important spare part of pulse
dust collector. It can be said that it is the core part. It is
responsible for the cleaning effect of the entire bag filters.
The working principle of the DMF-Z-40S electromagnetic pulse
valves: the electric control instrument inputs the electric signal, so
that the integral pilot head sucks the moving column, opens the
unloading hole, the pressure gas in the back cavity of the
diaphragm is quickly discharged, and the pressure gas in the front
cavity of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm. Open the pulse
solenoid valve channel for blowing. The electric signal disappears,
and the spring of the electromagnetic pilot head immediately resets
the moving column to close the unloading hole. The gas pressure and
the spring force of the diaphragm rear cavity close the channel,
and the DMF-Z-40S pulse jet valve stops blowing. The damping hole
on the diaphragm is used to dampen the airflow when the pilot head
moves up and the gas pressure is unloaded. When the unloading is
closed, the pressure gas is quickly filled into the rear cavity, so
that the diaphragm closes the passage and stops blowing.
