1'' DMF-Y-25 SBFEC Type Full Immersion Diaphragm Pulse Valve

The SBFEC full immersion diaphragm valves are principally used for
the cleaning of dust collector filters with compressed air. These
valves have been designed to be assembled on filters and to be
mounted onto a square header tank. They are called "full immersion"
because they draw the compressed air directly from the tank. with
higher pneumatic yield. By request they can be supplied complete
with the blow tube- The valve is fixed to the tank with a special
counter flange and living screws. The 1 1/2'', 2", 2 1/2", 3'' and
4" are all double diaphragm valves; the 1" is single diaphragm
valve. The valves are constructed in anodized die-cast aluminum. to
protect them from environmental and corrosive agents.
The SBFEC type full immersion series is available in the following
versions:
- DMF-Y. with integrated solenoid pilot
- MF-Y. with remote solenoid pilot mounted in enclosure.

Working priciple of dust collector:
The dust collector drives the dust-containing gas into the dust
chamber inside the dust collector. After the air passes through the
filter bag, it becomes clean and is discharged by the dust
collecting fan, and the dust is prevented from being adsorbed on
the outer surface of the filter bag, and then pulsed. The pulse jet
valve control blows high-pressure gas into the interior of the dust
filter bag, shakes the dust, enters the collecting hopper, and
passes through the air-locking device (there are two types of
air-locking devices: a star-shaped unloading device and a flapping
valve. The specific use environment depends on the row.
Function of dust collector:
There are two main purposes for dust collectors: one is to remove
dust from the air, improve the environment, and reduce pollution.
