Installation cautions of dust collector solenoid pulse valve:

1. Before use, check if the components are damaged during transportation.

2. Before installation, ventilate the debris in the gas supply pipe. Pay attention to the gas flow direction and the correct connection.

3. All O-rings should be coated with a suitable lubricant during installation.

4. There are three pins on the electromagnetic pulse valve coil, and they are equipped with special plugs. One of them has a symbol for the grounding pin. The user can decide whether to ground or not according to the need. (In general, when the voltage is less than 36V, it can be grounded. When it is greater than 36V, it should be grounded.) The other two are coil power pins, which are connected to the terminals of the pulse blowing controller and the terminals of the valve common line. Pay attention to whether the voltage meets the requirements.

5. The dust collector gas box (including the take-over pipe) is customized by the user. The gas distribution box capacity should meet the gas source that provides stable operation of the electromagnetic pulse valve. The inner wall of the gas distribution box should be clean and free of rust and other debris, and the gas distribution box has no leakage. And meet the requirements of safety.

6. The seal of the valve and the air bag and the spray connection pipe is suitable for a temperature of -25 ° C to 80 ° C. If high temperature seals are required, please specify otherwise when ordering.
