Application:
This model is to press the various kinds of granular materials into
tablets, with the most outstanding advantage of being able to
produce irregular tablets with wide different geometrical shapes,
such as double layer tablets, ring like tablets and double side
engraved tablets.
At total of 23 unit of punches and dies can be installed in the
turret, with the punch consisting of two detachable sections. In
one cycle of the rotation, 23 tablets will be produced.
This model is in compliance with the GMP standard on the production
and management of the pharmaceuticals. The compression comportment
is entirely separated from the driving mechanisms, with no painting
inside the compression compartment. All spare parts to be in
contract with the pharmaceuticals are made of stainless steel or
with the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity and
corrosion proof. The compression component is enclosed with
transparent organic glass to prevent pollution. The compression
area can be accessed from the four sides, with all surfaces being
smooth and easy to clean.
ZPW23 Rotary Tablet Press is equipped with continuous and
centralized lubrication system for the driving system, tracks and
main frictional parts to be adequately lubricated, to reduce the
noise and wearing for maintenance cost to be greatly reduced.
The electric control part adopts the PLC(Programmable Logic
Control), with the functions of setting up of the main compression
and main compression override stop. This machine is provided with
the function of auto diagnosis of defectives. Through the display,
the defective position can be traced and located rapidly, to
increase the efficiency of maintenance.

buyer equipment layout designed according to buyer’s workshop
drawing.

After all equipment arrive at user’s factory, the packing should be
opened to check goods amount, seller
Technician will guide the installation, commissioning and trial
run. During installation and commissioning, seller is responsible
for providing relevant spare parts. Buyer is responsible for
engineer air ticket, local food and hotel.
Seller takes charge of providing technical training to buyer.
Training contents equipment structure,
Maintenance, control and operation. Buyer’s technician can master
relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust techniques
skillfully and hands faults in time
The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or
15months since deliver to loading port
After warranty, seller can provide comprehensive and favorable
technology support.
Seller should use new and firm special packing cases according with
china quarantine standard,which are suitable for long distance
transportation, antirust and damp proof.
