Within 15 days after the contract takes effect, seller will provide
buyer equipment layout designed according to buyer’s workshop
drawing.
The technical documentation shipped with equipment as follow:
- Packing list
- Operation manual
- Maintenance manual
- Electrical principle diagram
- Special Documentation will be appointed by both parties
- Technical Service
- Installation & Commissioning
After all equipment arrive at user’s factory, the packing should be
opened to check goods amount, seller
Technician will guide the installation, commissioning and trial
run. During installation and commissioning, seller is responsible
for providing relevant spare parts. Buyer is responsible for
engineer air ticket, local food and hotel.
Seller takes charge of providing technical training to buyer.
Training contents equipment structure,
maintenance, control and operation. Buyer’s technician can master
relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust techniques
skillfully and hands faults in time
The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or
15months since deliver to loading port
After warranty, seller can provide comprehensive and favorable
technology support.
Seller should use new and firm special packing cases according with
china quarantine standard, which are suitable for long distance
transportation, antirust and damp proof.
