High Pressure most efficient gas boiler and gas fired steam generator 1-1.6Mpa for heating
The WNS series of most efficient gas boiler are horizontal internal combustion wet-back boilers. Its main
structure consists of a shell, a furnace, a rotating chamber, and a
pipe. Imported burners are used for gas and liquid fuels such as
light oil, heavy oil, city gas and natural gas.
Performance
1. Operational safety
The corrugated furnace is used in the combustion chamber, which
avoids the characteristics that the rear tube sheet is easily
burned by high temperature and high smoke, ensuring safe operation
of the most efficient gas boiler.
2. Normal pressure operation
The most efficient gas boiler body is connected to the expansion water tank, the expansion water
tank is directly connected to the atmosphere, and the boiler is
operated under normal pressure.
3. Quality control is strict
The main body of the gas fired steam generator adopts argon arc welding technology, and all welds are X-rayed,
and the quality is reliable.
4. Imported brand burner
The burner adopts imported brand, the quality is excellent, the
fuel is completely burned, and the running noise is low.
5. Automatic control system
The boiler operation realizes automatic control, the outlet water
temperature is automatically adjusted, and the gas fired steam generator ignition program can realize automatic start.
6. Multiple protection devices
The commercial gas boiler is equipped with various alarm interlocking protection devices
such as water shortage, overheating, over pressure and flame out to
ensure efficient, safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
