Main Features

• The ZA series pump is single-stage, horizontal radial split volute pump with foot support of high versatility. Bearing suspension components including shaft, impeller, shaft seal and pump cover, this can be disassembled only by disassembling the extension of the coupling, without removing the pipes and the motor.
• The pump body is double volute if the diameter is more than 80mm, with small radial force, replaceable ring and flushable ring. The pump body and pump cover sealed by compressible metal gasket.
• The larger flange diameter ensures a lower flow rate. The design of the impeller and pump body keeps a low noise. The single-stage radial impeller (N impeller) has a sealed passage. The induction wheel and the open impeller are also available according to different specifications.
• The bearing is oil lubricated, and the oil level is automatically adjusted by the constant oil cup. When the oil level changes, the oil ring ensures sufficient lubrication to prevent heating due to insufficient lubrication. Depending on the operating conditions, the bearing suspension can be no cool, water cool and air cool. The bearing is sealed by a labyrinth dustproof disk.
