Product Summary

ZA-series chemical process pump is single-stage horizontal radial split volute pump. The pump body is supported by foot; the impeller is single-suction radial impeller. Liquid is sucked axially and discharged radially. According to working condition, front ring, rear ring and balance pipe are used for hydraulic balance. Packing box is equipped with cooler adapter or heater adapter; packing seal, single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal are adopted for shaft seal. Besides, the pump is equipped with cooling, washing and sealing fluid system.

Characteristics

• Impeller: standard closed impeller and open impeller. The closed impeller has strong adaptability to working conditions and has the feature of high efficiency and low cavitation. The open impeller is suitable for conveying vapor-liquid and solid-liquid two-phase media.

• Volute: double volute if the diameter is more than 80mm. The pump body and pump cover sealed by compressible metal gasket.

• Shaft Seal: packing seal and mechanical seal, and the maximum axis bounce is within 0.05mm.

Material

The special duplex stainless steel F33 invented by our company has excellent performance. When used in phosphoric acid extraction, its wear resistance is better than CD4MCu and FCr30, and its comprehensive performance is excellent.
