Double-H finned tube is efficient heat transfer parts for boiler with spiral fin,it's heat transfer area is several times of bare tubes.Which can improve heat transfer,reduce flow resistance and material consumption.

Double-H finned tubes are now widely used in various boilers.It can be manufactured in a variety of ways,including high frequency resistance welding spiral finned tube,brazing spiral finned tube and intergral spiral finned tube.

H-fin Tubes have two steel discs,with fluorescent tubes symmetrically welded together to form fins(fins of butterfly piece)creating a shape that looks somewhat like the letter"H",creating an efficient energy saving, extension heating surface.H-fin Tubes also have a high rate of fusion welds and weld tensile strength.H-fin Tube is assembled with the H economizer, which has high efficiency,little resistance,less wear and light weight.

Brazing spiral finned tube

Brazing spiral fin tube is a kind of solder which is filled with a solder with a melting point lower than that of the solder, and then heated the solder welding temperature. When the solder does not melt, the fusion well of solder is wetted and welded, and the solder joint is formed by spreading out the contact point of the solder piece, so as to complete the welding of spiral fin tube.

Integral spiral finned tube

The integral spiral finned tube is an integral spiral finned tube which is formed by the continuous heating of medium frequency with thick wall pipe (billet pipe).
