Description

This state-of-the-art forming line features a well-coordinated sequence of operations. The automatic material loading machine uses robotic arms to precisely pick up and place metal sheets onto the production line, reducing manual labor and minimizing errors. The step-by-step blanking machine then cuts the sheets into the desired shapes with an accuracy of ±0.5mm, ensuring consistent quality. The 180° turning and rotating machine flips and repositions the blanks, preparing them for the rolling forming process. The rolling forming machine, equipped with advanced servo-driven rollers, shapes the metal sheets into the curved or flat profiles required for freezer back plates, achieving a surface finish tolerance of ±0.3mm. Finally, the cutting machine trims the formed plates to the exact dimensions, and the unloading machine stacks and removes the finished products. An intelligent control system monitors and adjusts each step in real-time, ensuring seamless production.
