This model hydraulic metal baler is applicated to press all kinds
of metal scrap
(steel scrap ,aluminum scrap , copper scrap , stainless steel scrap
, and scraped automobile car etc ) into rectangular , octagonal
,cylindrical shape bulk for furnace melting . Not only it could
save transportation cost , but also it could short feeding time .

Metal baling machine Technical Description :
- All of models choose hydraulic driving , it could choose manual
operation or PLC operation .
- Discharging mode could choose Turn-out type , Forward-out type ,
Push-out type ,
And discharging by man-hand .
- It is usnecessary to install with foundation bolt . If power
isn’t available , diesel engine could be choose .
- Main cylinder extrusion force is from 63 tons to 400 tons .
Productivity is from 4 tons -40 tons each shift .
- Press box size and bale size could be designed and made according
to the customers’ requirements .
- Hydraulic pump , valve and electric parts choose Chinese famous
brand .
