Easy Operating Full Automatic Cheap Scrap Radiator Recycle Machine
Copper aluminum separator is designed to process various scrap car
radiators, refrigerator radiator, air conditioner radiators,
etc..It works very easily. You feed in and the machine will cut
open the aluminum fin and allow you remove copper pipe. Comparing
with manual handling, it can help save a lot of labor and improve
productivity.

Main structure of radiator separating machine:
1. Compressing part: It is radiator compressing system, the gear
compressor is used for removing aluminum part on the radiator.
2. Radiator input plate: Normally there are 3 parts for radiator
input, and they have different width for different size radiators.
Customer need to put proper size(center distance) radiator on it.
3. Handle: There are totally 6 handles on the machine to adjust
blades inside it.
4. Motor: There are two motors on both sides of the machine.
5. Control panel: There are Start,End and Emergency buttons on the
panel.
6. Blades: Blades used for cutting radiators.
A/C radiator separator machine Operating process:
1.Turn the reversing switch and check the rotating direction.
2. Inject oil into the two oil holes in the left and right side of
the machine to lubricate transmission gears (normally once per 4
working hours).
3. Push different radiator into different material inlets according
to their specs(19mm,21mm,25mm); the left side of radiators must
touch the left side of material inlets; or the right side of
radiators must touch the right side of material inlets (the first
copper pipe in the lower layer shall be nearer to the guiding
ruler,When two-layer radiators are processed, the left side of the
radiators shall touch the left side of each Material Inlet, and the
first copper pipe in the Upper Layer to the left side of each
Material Inlet must be nearer than the first copper pipe in the
Lower Layer to the Left Side of each Material Inlet. )
4. After radiators are taken into the machine, copper pipes and
aluminum are separated and come out of the machine automatically.
5. According to the layers of radiators and their height, adjust
each pair of Adjusting Wheels on the machine (after adjusting,
tighten screws below).

A: Spare parts of the separator are blades and belt, we will supply
extra parts according to customers’ requirement.

A: 12 months. During the warranty period, if there is any problem
due to quality,we will supply spare parts for free, and customers
take charge of delivery cost.
