Precision Grinding:
On the precision grinding machine, the fine-grained grinding wheel
is selected, and the fine grinding of the grinding wheel makes the
abrasive grain have micro-blade and contour; after grinding, the
grinding marks left by the ground surface are extremely fine and
residual. With a very low height, coupled with the non-sparking
grinding stage, a surface grinding method with a machining accuracy
of 1 to 0.1 μm and a surface roughness Ra of 0.2 to 0.025 μm is
obtained.
