Gas Forced Air Furnace Description
Biomass energy is a form of energy that solar energy stores in
biomass in the form of chemical energy,i.e.the biomass as energy
carrier.It is directly or indirectly derived from the
photosynthesis of green plants,which can be converted into
conventional solid,liquid
and gaseous fuels.In order to promote energy conservation and
economy development,based on the characteristics of products and
rural straw resource status,we actively research and search
available biomass combustion equipment.In 2007,we developed the
biomass-fired hot air furnace. In May 2009 the first biomass-fired
hot air furnace(MBZ1300)was debugged and run successfully in
Unilever China.It consumes 20000 to 25000 tons of
biomass(straw)annually,no sulfur oxide emissions, greenhouse gas
emissions reduces 15000 tons per year.
At present we can design and manufacture 0.5 to 20 million kcal/hr
of hot air furnace.
Gas Forced Air Furnace Technology characteristics
(1) The combustion is sufficient, the operating environment is
relatively clean, and the environmental protection is up to
standard;
(2) The hot air has high cleanliness and the dust content is 30-120
mg/Nm3;
(3) thermal efficiency >95%;
(4) The equipment is safe to use and has no danger of explosion;
(5) The equipment has strong durability, low operating cost and
simple maintenance;
Gas Forced Air Furnace Application
Fertilizers: potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, compound
fertilizer, organic fertilizer, etc.
Chemicals: potassium fluoride, dyes (activity, reduction), alumina,
etc.
Feed: distiller's grains, pellet feed, calcium hydrogen phosphate
and other feed additives, etc.
Water purifying agent: polyaluminium chloride, ferric sulfate, etc.
Building materials: quartz sand (for glass), desulfurization
gypsum, ceramic fiber, insulation board, insulation cotton,
ultra-fine powder, etc.
Environmental protection: black liquor (lignin), waste treatment,
solid waste, etc.
Others: rubber, silica gel, acetylene bottles, paper molds, mineral
powder, briquette, wood, etc.
