WNS series oil/gas steam boiler have excellent performance
advantages and save fuel
High-quality aluminum silicate fiber is used, and refractory mud is
used for heat preservation. The temperature of the furnace body is
controlled below 45°C, which effectively controls heat loss.
An economizer is installed at the tail of the boiler flue to use
the tail of the boiler to remove the waste heat in the flue gas,
increase the boiler inlet water temperature, the exhaust gas
temperature is reduced to 60 degrees, and the thermal efficiency is
increased to more than 98%.
Sufficient storage space and heating surface enable this oil/gas
boiler to produce high heating power efficiently.
Strict quality supervision and inspection of boilers, safe and
worry-free
All longitudinal and circumferential seam welds are subjected to
100% radiographic inspection to prevent unqualified welds
Seven process stop points are set up, and seven different
responsible teachers are separately checked. If any one fails, it
will not be able to proceed to the next process.
Humanized boiler design, easier operation and maintenance
horizontal oil/gas fired steam boilers have the characteristics of
fully automatic operation. The combustion, water level, temperature
and steam pressure are all automatically adjusted and protected,
which can realize unattended operation.
The smoke box door of the industrial steam boiler adopts a hinge
structure and opens in a window style, which is convenient for
maintenance, inspection and cleaning.

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler? |
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc. |
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel? |
boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement. |
3. What is the thickness of combustion chamber? |
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient. |
4. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner? |
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa. |
