remote control and forklift trucks. It has the following

Using pallet as the storage unit, shuttle rack is an advanced
solution that offer an effective use of space. It is suitable for
both first-in first-out (FIFO) and first-in last-out (FILO)
operations. The specific procedures are as follows: The tricks
transfer the shuttle and goods into the active tunnels. With radio
transmitter the operators keep the shuttle to lift and transport
goods to correct pallet locations. The sensors control the shuttle
to identify the storage location. There is no crash between the
pallets in loading and retrieving goods. The shuttle system has
excellent performance on high storage space usage and system
stability. It is fit for large quantity and single type goods such
as the food and beverage industry, cold-store, FMCG and Third Party
Logistics etc.
Shuttle Racking is a great option for high density storage if you
have large volumes of pallets. Lanes of up to 50 pallets in depth
can be stored in both a First In, First Out (FIFO) and First In,
Last Out (FILO) configuration. The remote-controlled shuttles carry
goods in and out of deep storage tunnels, leaving your operators
free to perform other tasks.
