Description
The AC series Self-compensation Shock absorber can absorb the
kineticobject energy as soon as possible. It converts kinetic
energy into thermal energy and outputs it to the air to avoid the
mechanical damage and enhance the safety of mechanical operation,
prolong the service life of the machine also. Mainly used in the
fields of manipulator, pneumatic cylinder, Conveyor Systems,
Factory Automation, medical instruments etc.

Principle
When piston rod is impacted, it will drive piston to press oil in
inner tube. Oil will be pressed out through orifice holes of inner
tube. At the same time, the oil returns to inner tube through
returning hole of inner tube.
After outside force vanishes, spring makes piston rod immediately
return to its position. Oil will return to inner tube through check
valve. Then shock absorber will return to be ready position waiting
for next action.
Feature
1. Excellent and stable deceleration and shock absorbing; if
impacted by load, the resistance will automatically adjust.
2. Outer body of integrated structure is treated by QPQ, which has
optimum corrosion and wear resistance and can withstand high
pressure; it is easy to install and adjust for all threaded outer
body which has good heat dissipation.
3. With high hardness stainless steel shaft, the shock absorber has
better impact and corrosion resistance, and it can work under
adverse conditions.
4. Special oiling process leads to stable shock absorbing.
5. Compact structure and high max. absorbed energy.
6. We use Special lubricants as buffer medum, which adapts to wide
temperature range and ensures stable cushioning.
